When you exercise more and eat healthier, should you expect a reduction in the severity of your pimples?
Question by Individuals who answer me are Attractive: When you physical exercise much more and consume more healthy, need to you expect a reduction in the severity of your pimples?
In other words, are pimples reduced by healthy consuming and great physical exercise? A buddy of mine says that working out increases the dimension and number of your pimples due to the fact the sweat blocks the pores generating it harder for your skin to breath. Does this imply that if I join the track team (and start operating far more) I should buy anti-pimple cream to counteract an unavoidable pimple boost?

Try washing your encounter. Or if you have the money get a face transplant. No one truly likes your mug anyways.

Exercise And EAting Healthy Will Decrease Pimples…..Aslong as you continue to wash properly
You should have a reduction of pimples because the healthier you eat, there will be less. And also, you will probably loose weight.
Yes, sweat can cause acne. But, that’s only true if you don’t bathe. Wash your face…seems like common sense…haha. I personally think creams and other anti-zit gunk is a waste of money. All you need is soap and water. Even for oily-skinned people that are more prone to acne, if they would just use a good ol’ bar of soap once a day they’d have clear skin like me. And yes, good diets keep acne away. Sugar and other fatty or greasy junk foods cause lots of pimples. Join the track team, run your heart out, eat healthy, wash your face. You’ll be all set.
Hope this helps =D
